Morning Mantras to Change Your Life

I know getting out of bed in the morning can be tough.

I used to wake up and want to cry - I hated my job, I hated the sound of my alarm clock and I LOVED the warm, comfort of my bed.

Things have really changed in my life because now I wake up each morning without an alarm and ready to take on the day. I've started my own business, taken control of my health and really grown as a person.

One of the easiest things that I've changed - my morning routine. About 2 years ago, I started using morning mantras to set the tone for my day. Now, I know it sounds a little woo woo, crazy to talk to yourself BUT hear me out here, it WILL change your life.

When you start your day with postive, grateful thoughts you will drastically improve your morning 'tude. Here are FIVE mantras that you can do this - wake up, stretch, look in the mirror and say your mantra of choice out loud.

I also will set an alarm in my phone for around 12pm with my mantra of the day and say it outloud to myself again. Print them out, tape them to the mirror - whatever it takes to remind yourself that you are AWESOME and that you can do anything you set your mind too!
